A former PDP governorship aspirant, Prince Goddy Jedy Agba is set to open the first ever private Frequency Modulation, FM Radio Station in Cross River’s capital city, Calabar, CrossRiverWatch can authoritatively report.
Information obtained by our sources indicate that the former GGM, Crude Oil Marketing, NNPC, has completed the initial processes and licensing and equipments are already underway to begin Calabar’s first private FM Station soonest.
The radio station which will transmit from Jedy’s former campaign office at Marian road, Calabar will indeed signal the leap that Cross River state is taking in information dissemination.
Until recently, the Cross River Broadcasting Corporation, CRBC has remained the only radio station in the state.
The FRCN also recently began test transmission of Paradise FM and Jedy’s private FM station will make it the third FM station and the first private FM station in Calabar.
