The Nigerian Navy Ship Victory in Calabar on Sunday responded to tip off about a group gathering suspected to be gangsters in a location in Akpabuyo.
According to the Navy, they were preparing for a clash between Klans and Black Axe.
The suspected gangsters were handed over to the Anti-Cultism and kidnapping Unit of the Police through the State Security Adviser South, Mr. Ani Esin.
