Odey Alenyo, the Nigerian Television Authority, NTA, Calabar reporter has again emerged the winner of the Media Race at the 9th edition of the Obudu International Mountain Race 2013 making it the third time he is coming tops at the race.
Alenyo who won the race in 2011 to take home the 2000 USD prize money also came first in 2012, and now in 2013 to cart home the 2000 USD prize money for the third time consecutively.
He was closely followed by Ifeoluwa Anifowoshe, a nonlinear editor with Silverbird Television who came second to win the 1,500 USD while Chris Maduewesi of Allsports.com.ng came third to win the 1000 USD at stake.
In the female category , Ohama Onazi of African Tourist Magazine came first to win the 2000 USD, Tina Codo of Wakabout Africa came second to win the 1,500 USD while Stella Bamawo of Nation Newspaper won the 1000 USD at stake by coming third in the race.
