Acting Inspector General of Police, IGP Suleiman Abba has ordered the posting of the eight newly promoted Deputy Inspectors General of Police, DIGs and 28 Assistant Inspectors General of Police, AIGs to various departments, Zonal Commands and Formations of the force.
This was contained in a statement by Spokesman of the Force, DCP Emmanuel Ojukwu on Saturday.
According to the statement, the present AIG Zone 6 headquarters, Mr. Musa Dauda has been redeployed and is going to be replaced by AIG Mark Adamu Idakwo.
The postings take immediate effect.
