CrossRiverWatch Resources, Publishers of CrossRiverWatch yesterday organized a training workshop on wealth creation and ways of maximizing the internet for income generation especially in this era of wide spread youth unemployment.

While speaking at the event, Mr. Agba Jalingo CEO and Publisher of CrossRiverWatch, encouraged all present to exploit the limitless legitimate opportunities that abound on the internet as “gambling, scam and the likes” will do no one any good.

While sharing his testimonies, he revealed how the internet has exposed him to the limitless opportunities, in terms of marketing and outreach. He said those who claim to be university graduates and still complain of jobs have not truly utilized what they learned in school, as the training acquired as undergraduates is supposed to be enough to see one through any tough situation.

One of the resource persons, Mr. Dennis Isong while speaking on the topic “Business Ideas Generation Method” gave out 12 methods of business ideas generation which was inclusive of using technology to create value etc.

Isong enjoined all present to embrace the internet and create value for the society and themselves while making money also.

Another resource person, Moses Ihiabe who spoke on the topic “Starting a Mini-importation Business in Cross River” said that the days were importation was meant for the rich his in the past, because with as little as a start-up capital of five thousand naira one can start-up mini importation business and sell to clients around and make money.

Speaking after the event, Fidelis Ejeng a student of the University of Calabar who was present at event said, “The workshop is wonderful and timely. I hope to from now on gradually implement some of the lessons learnt here and I am positive something good is about to happen.”
