Members of Mountain Cinema Nigeria (MCN) have been advised to continue the good work of promoting the Cross River narrative in the entertainment world by the management of Cross River State Newspaper Corporation, publishers of Nigerian and Weekend Chronicle.
The General Manager, Mr. Emmanuel Akpong, gave the advice recently in his office while playing host to the management team of Mountain Cinema Nigeria.
He commended the activities of the group and advised them to stop at nothing in promoting their good works especially that of the ‘Obudu Face of Culture Queen’. He promised to support the organization in any way possible.
On his part, Francis Akpeke, Managing Director Mountain Cinema thanked the GM for his words of encouragement, saying though the journey has not been easy, but God has been faithful to the organization.
Among the entourage was the Queen of Obudu Face Of Culture International, Queen Retina Ashibekong who was physically excited about the warm embrace by their host.
She expressed high hopes that the new synergy between her managers and the Newspaper Corporation management will go a long way in adding value to the crown.
Also in the train was Udie Kenneth Marketing Director of Mountain Cinema, and Temple Lawrence, Group Program Manager of Mountain Cinema.
