Some beneficiaries of the Pre JAMB Computer lessons organized by Senator John Owan Enoh for his constituents have express delight and appreciation to the Senator for his concern for their educational development.
The lessons which started simultaneously in Ikom and Ugep LGAs since January 24th are expected to hold till February 27, 2016.
The beneficiaries, some of who say they have not used a computer before, are expected to learn the basic use and maintenance of computers after the five weeks training.
Mary Joseph from Yakurr said: “I must confess that I am the happiest person in this place.”
Another who simply identified himself as David from Abi LGA said, “To my own understanding, this CBT will help us to write JAMB better. It is motivating. Some of us do not have any knowledge of computer before.”
Wokocha Chidimma from Abia state said, “I am happy that the Senator has plans for us beyond this program. He said if we score high he will give us scholarship.”
Arikpo Faith Ina from Ugep aso added that, “I so much thank God that God has given us Senator Owan Enoh. I am grateful that I am a beneficiary of this program. With this I am assuring our Senator that I will read very hard to make the cut off point.”
Constance Eyam from Etung in her response said, “Honestly Senator Owan has done so well. For those of us that are not conversant with computer system he has done so much for us. This is my second time of writing JAMB and with this encouraging push, I promise to make it this time.”
