This is IBB by Nigeria Prison Service office which shares a boundary with Nigeria Customs staff quarters. Parking is usually not allowed along that stretch from the stadium roundabout to the end of the Customs staff quarters.
Officers of the DOPT, the Police and Prison officers are always around supposedly to enforce the no parking rule but the rule is ignored and the place is now being used as a bus stop for picking and dropping passengers to Etta Agbor and Atimbo axis.
Our camera also observed that this is the only route linking both Calabar South and Municipality to Atimbo and Etta Agbor easily from the High Way but that very crucial route has no bus stop which may be the reason why citizens have decided to create one for themselves.
