Over 72, 000 PVC Are Yet To Be Collected In Cross River State – INEC (WATCH VIDEO)

The Cross River State Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC), Dr. Frankland Briyai has disclosed that there are over 70, 000 Permanent Voters Card‘s (PVC’s) lying in his office awaiting collection.

Dr. Frankland made the revelation today while playing host to some members of the Association of Cross River Online Journalists (ACROJ), during a familiarization visit to his Calabar office.

According to the REC, since commencement of the exercise last year, the commission has successfully registered over 188,000 new voters and distributed 5,000 PVC’s.

The Resident Electoral Commissioner concluded by assuring Cross Riverians that he will conduct hitch free elections across the State.
