NDLEA Seize 722.469Kg Drugs, Lament Absence Of Drug Rehab Center In Cross River (AUDIO)

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Cross River State Command has disclosed that it intercepted banned drugs weighing 722.469kg in the year 2017 operations.

This was stated by the State NDLEA Principal Staff Officer, Operation and Intelligence, Mr. Abu Danladi while speaking as a guest on the “The Dialogue With Agba Jalingo” Sunday 6-7pm on Hit 95.5 FM Calabar.

Mr. Danladi affirmed that there is no rehabilitation center for drug addicts in Cross River State adding that the agency currently has only counseling centers.

In conclusion, he urged citizens who are victims of drug abuse to seek help in the various counseling facilities, assuring that they will not be arrested or victimized but will receive adequate help.
