The management of CRWatch Resources, a multifaceted company based in Nigeria, with interest in media, information and communication technology and automobile distribution, has unveiled its Real Estate initiative in Calabar.
The initiative which was made known by the CEO of the establishment, Mr. Agba Jalingo, proposes to provide 500 modular houses for various categories of people before the end of year 2019.
Modular Homes are called pre-fabricated homes. A conventional modular home looks very much like a traditional home.
According to the CEO, the initiative is “part of the company’s commitment to satisfying its numerous clients and contributing to meeting the challenge of housing deficit in Nigeria generally and Cross River State in particular.”
Mr. Jalingo further maintained that the houses will be affordable, of high quality and available in various styles and designs with flexible financing options for all categories of clients.
The estate christened “Private Paradise” will have homes selling from as low as five million Naira only.
The houses are also eco-friendly, attractive, and will be delivered within a month for every client.
It is highly recommended owing to its affordability and superior quality as well as high ability to withstand maximum heat in tropical sub-Saharan Africa with over 50 years lifespan.
He concluded by assuring prospective clients that the proposed houses will be situated in a serene, secure and accessible location in Calabar, the Cross River State Capital.
It will be recalled that CRWatch Resources, also recently signed a direct distributorship deal with Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing IVM, to sell their products in parts and in whole.
The company has since commenced sale of the products in Calabar with management promising that they are in the process of also setting up a service center in the state capital.
