By David Nsa

Mrs. Mary Michael Eyo, the wife to Mr. Michael Eyo, who was allegedly killed on Friday by officials of the Cross River State Department Of Public Transportation (CRS-DOPT), in Calabar has called on the State Government to come to her aid.

Mrs. Michael made this known in an interview with CrossRiverWatch, in her resident in Calabar South, where she revealed that she hasn’t gotten any explanation from the State Government about what happened to her husband and her fate.

The widow of Michael said, “Up till now nobody from the Government has come to visit us. All I want is the Government to take up his responsibilities, train our children, send them to school till the end”.

When asked about her family’s next step on the issue she said, “We wants to take the matter to court so the Government would come and take care of the children and the family”.

Mrs. Mary Michael has been married to Mr. Michael for twelve years now, is a mother of four and is currently expecting another.
