Sen. John Owan Enoh, Cross River factional APC Guber candidate in the just concluded 2019 general election, has decided not to appeal the ruling of the election tribunal which recently ruled in favor of PDP’s Ben Ayade.
Owan said he’s succumbing because he wants to put the past behind him and forge ahead.
He called on his supporters to remain calm and law abiding.
However, he faulted the ruling of the election tribunal as well as INEC’s conduct during the election.
Governor Ben Ayade of the Peoples Democratic Party was declared winner of the governorship election which held March 9th, 2019, polling a total of 381, 484 votes to defeat the All Progressive Party that had 131, 161 votes.
