At Ward 4, unit 17 in Calabar Municipality Local Government Area, it is operation vote and get five hundred naira as it is in Ward 1, unit 14, same Local Government, with vote buying at its peak.
Voters get paid or drop account number for payment of 500 Naira only by PDP party agents.

Meanwhile, social distancing rule is not maintained as voters are clustered in some of the polling units that have people to vote.
Also, there are lot of voters apathy among the electorats who insinuate “they already know who they want.”
Relatively, from Beten Ward, Polling Unit 002, in Bekwarra Local Government Area, election is ongoing with low turnout.
It was a scary moment at Ward 3, polling unit 13 and 12 when fight started in the two units in Calabar Municipality Local Government Area.
The fight according to those who stood aloof said is as a result of sharing of money in those units which led to exchange of punches.
It is gathered that, if not for the effort of Policemen who arrived the scene, it would have excavated as there were no single security personnel on ground in unit 12.
