Police Anti-cultism and Kidnapping Squad (ACKS) in Calabar intercepts and arrest 3 kidnappers.
The hoodlums had kidnapped a man at Okoro Agbor street and were trailed and intercepted along IBB way where the victim was rescued and the trio arrested.
They are currently at the anti-kidnapping unit in Calabar.
