Chief Judge of FCT High Court, directs that pending litigation over disputed Cross River PDP exco list should continue and be concluded in Abuja court.
There had been efforts by a faction of the party in the state to move the pending suit from Abuja to Calabar. But the Chief Judge of the FCT has directed otherwise.
