The National Universities Commission (NUC) has accredited 15 courses in Arthur Jarvis University, Akpabuyo, Cross River State.
The accreditation status was communicated to the first private university in Cross River State in a letter dated 19 March, 2020.
Thirteen (13) courses received full accreditation status while two others got interim.
The Vice Chancellor, Prof. Ani Nkang in a press conference, Tuesday, made the disclosure as he maintained that the institution received the news with joy.
Prof. Nkang assured that the accreditation status will in no way lead to fee hike.
The courses with full accreditation are accounting, banking and finance, business administration, marketing, economics, english and applied geophysics.
Others are biology, biochemistry, chemistry, computer science, microbiology and physics. While geology and political science got interim accreditation.
