The Cross River chapter of Inter-Party Advisory Council (IPAC) has urged the new Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) of INEC in the State, Dr. Emmanuel Alex Hart to ensure a fair-level playing ground in the discharge of his duties.
The group of registered political parties made the call in press release signed by its interim Chairman, Anthony Bissong. They assured him of their unalloyed support.
They urged the de-registered political party Chairmen to join them.
