The Cross River State Aviation Commissioner, Barrister Jake Otu Enyia, is currently leading a crowd that is barricading the gate of Heritage Bank along Calabar road, Calabar.
He is also accusing the bank of frustrating the State Government efforts in the aviation sector with the seizure of the State’s huge deposits with the bank meant for routine operations and certification.
