A Cross River State High Court has sacked Prince Uche Secondus from office and bars him from seeking re-election.
The Court presided over by Justice Ekei Koofreh in Calabar removed Secondus as PDP National Chairman following a case brought by Mr. Enang Kanum Wani.
In the suit, PDP and Secondus were joined as respondents.
