As the conversation about zoning public offices in Cross River State deepens, for and against it, Mr. Donald Duke, former Governor of the State has said zoning never existed.
Mr. Duke said in order for lies not to become truth, it is pertinent to set the record straight.
His words, “zoning never existed in this State, I fought a titanic battle with Kanu Agabi.”
