The Cross River Movement (TCRM), a non-partisan, non-governmental, and not-for-profit reformative organization is set to engage the five gubernatorial candidates in Cross River as the 2023 general elections muscle up.
TCRM in partnership with Africa Leadership Group, Calabar Chamber of Commerce Industry, Mines and Agriculture;
Cross River Economic Summit Organization, among others, will launch the initiative tagged ‘Ask The Candidates’ – an interactive session with candidates of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Social Democratic Party (SDP), All Progressive Congress (APC), Labour Party (LP) and Peoples Redemption Party (PRP), to share their visions and plans for the state if they emerge as governor.
According to the founder and Chief Executive Officer of TCRM, Iso Bassey, the sessions will hold from September to October 2022, and “this series of events will kick off on Sunday, 11th of September, 2022 with the People’s Democratic Party gubernatorial candidate, Senator Sandy Ojang Onor, by 4:00 PM WAT, via Zoom (virtual).”
