Cross Riverians have been urged to conduct themselves peacefully before, during, and after the forthcoming general election.
The State Technical Committee of the Vote Not Fight, Election No Be War campaign made the call during a press briefing to mark the 2022 International Peace Day.
The Team Lead, Lawrence Peter said no form of electoral violence should be tolerated.
Other members of the State Technical Committee who spoke at the media parley said no one should be misled to perpetuate violence as it doesn’t pay.
The Vote Not Fight, Election No Be War campaign is being implemented in the South-South by FACE Initiative.
