The member-elect for the Calabar Municipal constituency in the Cross River State House of Assembly, Mr. Stanley Nsemo on Thursday offered a NGN100,000 reward for information that will lead to the recovery of a transformer stolen at Akai Effa community in his constituency.
Mr. Nsemo who beat two-term lawmaker, Efa Esua Nyong during the rescheduled March 18, 2023 polls, took to his Facebook page to announce the reward.
The decision to announce the cash reward is due to the fact he had facilitated the installation of the transformer.
“A couple of weeks ago I facilitated the installation of new transformers in the Akai Effa axis in Calabar Municipality.
“I am so disappointed to hear that the transformer has been vandalized and the armored cable stolen. If you have any information that can lead to its recovery.
“Please call 08062822240 and (receive) a reward of N100k for reliable information,” he wrote.
