A Cross Riverian, Endora Williams has narrated how one of the Police officers arrested in Rivers State for assaulting a citizen almost got killed when he was in Calabar.

Endora, who took to Facebook to express herself after seeing the news of the arrest of the cops, said she was neighbors with one of the officers in Calabar and the officer was fond of shooting randomly with his colleagues.

Endora wrote: “One almost killed me in my former compound in Calabar, Cross River State. He always brings his police colleagues to the compound and they will be opening fire randomly. The last scene almost took my life so I parked out since I do not have anyone to make my voice heard at the top.

Pandora said she kept some of the bullets hoping to file an official complaint someday.

The three police officers, Inspector Adejoh Siaka, Inspector Friday Obaka, and Sergeant Ndiwa Kpuebari, were arrested after they were caught on camera assaulting a citizen in Rivers State.

The video captured the policeman flogging the unknown armless civilian, later resorting to slapping the same man and ordering him to return to his car.

The Force Public Relations Officer, Prince Olumuyiwa Adejobi confirmed that the trio has been invited to the Force Headquarters, detained and their trial will commence.
