A Cross River State Government House Liberian, Mrs. Angelica Obi earlier today received a birthday surprise.
Mrs. Obi who is domiciled in the office of the Chief Press Secretary to the Executive Governor of the State, Mr. Emmanuel Ogbeche said it was an emotional affair for her since in her almost 30 years on the job, nobody had celebrated her.
She appreciated Mr. Ogbeche and ask God to bless him and his generation.
The celebration took place at the Press unit in the government house, and music was played to celebrate her.
