These lawless traffic activities at major road intersections, roundabouts, and junctions are vehicles driving against traffic, and wrong turns with impunity.

“Fragrant disregard to right of way, non-adherence to U-turn signs, and failure to stop at zebra crossing for pedestrians.

“Other observations include widespread commercial motorcycle operations in the metropolis, despite a ban by the Cross River State Government. These lawless behaviors by motorists must stop so as not to endanger the lives of other road users.

“The Command hereby warned all motorists to desist from this unheeding practice. In order to put sanity on the roads, henceforth, any violation of this law will be contravened and prosecuted accordingly.”
