The family of Clement James has announced the funeral arrangements of their father, farmer, philanthropist, community leader and devoted Roman Catholic – late Chief Clement James Obiaje Eneji.
Late Clement James passed on at the age of 87, after a brief illness on 25th of May, 2025.
In a funeral arrangements signed and made available to CrossRiverWatch, by the son-in law, Larry Odey states that his eternal journey will begin with the opening of mourning house on the 25th of August, 2025, followed by vigil, on the 28th of August, 2025, at his residence in Utukwe Village in Bekwarra Local Government Area of Cross River State.
A farewell mass and interment in his honour will be conducted at his residence on the 29th of August, 2025 while thanksgiving mass will take place at St. Paul Mikki Station, Utukwe Bekwarra LGA on 31st August, 2025.
And on 29th August, 2025, his remains will be committed to mother earth after a vigil to be held on the 28th August, 2025 at the same venue.
