A protest has erupted at the Federal College of Education, Obudu seeking the removal of the Provost, Dr. Richard Ugbaha Utubaku.
Images obtained from the protest show youths bearing placards with different inscriptions including “Obudu Youths Say Utubaku Must Go,” “FCE Obudu Has No Security In The Hands Of Utubaku,” “Bring Back Our ICT Equipment,” and “A Thief Is A Thief, Utubaku Must Go.”
A video also obtained shows a leader of the protest addressing passers-by saying they are resolute in their position.
The protest is still ongoing.
