The Chairman of Akpabuyo local government area, Mr. Emmanuel Offiong Bassey has been accused of allegedly ordering gunmen to shoot at voters.
As at press time five persons were battling for their life while the Chairman is yet to speak to the press about the incident.
Dr. Patrick Ene Okon, former Chairman of Akpabuyo recounted what happened.
