By CrossRiverWatch Admin The Director General of the Cross River State Primary Health Care Development Agency (CRSPHCDA), Dr. Janet Ekpenyong is seeking improved support for the enhancement of primary health care services across the 18 Local Government Areas of the state. Dr. Ekpenyong made the appeal during the September edition of the Joint Account Allocation
