By CrossRiverWatch Admin The National Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) has granted the Cross River State Government a power generation license for the construction of a 528MW floating power plant in the state.  The license was handed over to a delegation from Cross River led by the state governor, Senator Ben Ayade in a brief ceremony
