By Sylvia Akpan The Cross River State House of Assembly has upheld the resignation of the Chairman of Bekwarra Local Government Council, Hon. Theresa Akwaji Ushie, thereby vacating its earlier resolution on her removal from office, and ordered the immediate swearing-in of the Vice Chairman, Hon. Egbung Odama, as the substantive Chairman of the council.
