The Senator Elect for Cross River North Senatorial District, Hon. Rose Oko has returned from her long medical trip abroad and today received her certificate of return from INEC in Abuja.
Hon. Rose Oko who is the incumbent member representing Ogoja/Yala Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives has been oversea for medical treatment of an undisclosed kidney related ailment long before the PDP primaries and only returned to the country last night.
Hon. Oko who won both the PDP nomination and general election in absentia, received her certificate of return today in Abuja and promised to continue to work for her people.
Several attempts by CrossRiverWatch to reach the Senator Elect for her comments were futile as calls to her phone were not taken.

But on her facebook timeline this evening, Hon. Oko in a short post, thanked her constituents for their well wishes and promised to work for them.
“Thank you my good people for your well wishes. As always, I will continue to work for you.” She posted.
