The Paramount Ruler of Boki, HRM Otu Fredaline Enka Akando and the Executive Chairman of the local government area, Chief Abubakar Ewa have expressed worries about the communal crisis between Boje and Nsadop villages in the area.
The duo spoke in an emergency meeting recently with Chiefs of the area which held in Okundi.
As part of the resolutions from the meeting, the Paramount Ruler fined the Chiefs in both communities, warning all to embrace peace.
On their part, the Chiefs of Boje and Nsadop blamed their youths for the unrest witnessed in the communities.
Not left out, Government was also blamed for its inability to review the white papers after 6 years of investigation of the crisis.
They called on the State Security Adviser to the Governor, Jude Ngaji and the Community Relationship Officer, Erasmus Ekpang to come to their aid as there is serious tension on ground now and a call for war by both communities.
