Commuters plying the Akpabuyo – Bakassi Federal highway have lamented the state of the road.
Speaking to CrossRiverWatch TV many of them condemned the present state of the road suggesting that the Cross River State Government should rehabilitate the road before thinking of the proposed super highway.
