#CrossRiverDecides: Election Process Was Free, Fair, All Inclusive – INEC REC Cross River (AUDIO)

The Cross River State INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner, Dr. Frankland Briyai has described the just concluded Governorship and House of Assembly election in the State as “very free, fair, all inclusive”.

Taking questions from journalists immediately after the result was announced (3:54am) he also gave kudos to the security operatives.
