The Publicity Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Cross River chapter, Prince Mike Ojisi, has accused the State Government of threat to his life, family and party members.
The opposition party’s Spokesman disclosed this in a petition addressed to the State Commissioner of Police, State headquarters, Calabar, stating that agents believed to be working for the Government of Cross River State are trying to eliminate him after “the party, through my office as the Publicity Secretary reacted to an investigative publication made by an online media platform, Point Blank News, wherein the report indicted the State Government and her cronies of allegedly looting the sum of over N100 billion from the State Treasury” and since then his life has been at stake.
The party called on the Police to launch a full investigation into the threats.
