The Paramount Ruler of Bakassi Local Government of Cross River State, His Royal Majesty, Etinyin Etim Okon Edet, has been honored as the foremost humanitarian and purposeful leader award in Cross River State.
The accolade which is courtesy of the Cross River State House of Assembly Committee on Chieftaincy Rural Development and Local Government is to acknowledge the pivotal roles Royal fathers play in the local government level.
The Royal Father who doubles as the Chairman of Cross River State Traditional Rulers Council expressed gratitude to the House of Assembly Committee for counting him worthy of the award and assured it will spur him to contribute more.
