Suspended Civil Service Commission Chairman, Uko Inaku Allegedly In Police Net

Mr. Inaku Jonathan Uko, Chairman Cross River State Civil Service Commission

The suspended former Cross River State Civil Service Commission Chairman, Uko Inaku is allegedly in police custody.

Reliable sources disclosed to CrossRiverWatch that he is currently detained at the Area Command in Ogoja Local Government Area of the State for encroaching into Ogoja Magistrate Court 2.

Though when he was arrested is not ascertained at the time of filing this report. CrossRiverWatch however, placed telephone calls to the Area Commander of Ogoja – Collins but went unanswered.

Uko Inaku was suspended on March 11, 2024, by Governor Bassey Otu of Cross River State, following allegations of employment and promotion racketeering in the state civil service.
