Information reaching our newsroom suggests that the Supreme Court sitting in Abuja has kicked out Sen. Stephen Odey’s appeal.
It went on to uphold Hon. Jarigbe Agom’s preliminary objection on defective service and he is affirmed the Senator for Cross River North Senatorial district.
