What looks like a half-dead man is currently lying along Marian Road opposite former Mr. Fans.
Onlookers say the body has laid for hours, calling on the Ministry of Environment and sister Ministry – Social Welfare, to evacuate the body as it is against the Public Disorder Act 1986.
At the time of this report, he is still lying just a few steps to the busy main road.
