The Governor of Cross River State, Senator Bassey Otu, has ordered the reversal of recent postings in the State Secondary Education Board.
This is disclosed in a press release signed by Mr. Nsa Gill, the Chief Press Secretary to the Governor on Monday, September 16th September 2024.
The Governor disapproves of the allegations of bias, financial motives, and lack of transparency surrounding the postings.
He said the reversal would remain in effect till further notice, warning that individuals who may have made payments to influence their posting are advised to request an immediate refund.
The release added that Governor Otu is dedicated to implementing higher standards and reforms in the state’s educational system.
