By Christopher Iyang The Management of the University of Cross River State (UNICROSS) has announced the appointment of new Directors, Heads of Department (HODs), and Desk Officers across various academic and administrative units of the institution as part of efforts to strengthen leadership and improve service delivery. The appointments, which took effect on June 30,
