By Jonathan Ugbal The Calabar-Ikang Federal Highway, especially the Ikang axis, in Ikang Bakassi Local Government of Cross River State has for two years now been in a deplorable condition. The road which is the only access route to the Ikang beach and Ikang market, has left residents of the village, traders and motorists grumbling.
