By CrossRiverWatch Admin An electrician and native of Usumutong in Abi Local Government Area of Cross River State, Ernest Ebina has revealed to CrossRiverWatch his near death experience with Commodore Yusuf Jonga Hinna of the Nigerian Navy who allegedly arranged for him to be thoroughly beaten for weeks, thrown off a three storey building which
