By Geoge Odok, NAN The Vice Chancellor of the University of Calabar, Prof. Florence Banku Obi, has formally commissioned Radio Unical International, a dedicated terrestrial/digital Frequency Modulated (FM) radio station in the University to enhance, among other things, knowledge transmission via the airwaves. Speaking during a live program on the radio station operating on 103.5
