By Peter Ebock Ibe It is with deep sorrow and grave concern that I address the deaths of no fewer than 37 suspected illegal miners who died while in the custody of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps in Niger State. These were Nigerians- sons, fathers, brothers, who were arrested during an enforcement operation
