By Kelvin Ololo The Association of Resident Doctors, University of Calabar Teaching Hospital (UCTH), Calabar, has appealed to the public for information on the whereabouts of one of its members, Dr Ogbeche Adinya Joseph, who has reportedly been missing since July 2026. The information was made available to the CrossRiverWatch newsroom through a missing-person alert
