By CrossRiverWatch Admin The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has presented a certificate of return to the winner of the February 26th, 2022, legislative by-election into the Akpabuyo State constituency seat, Dr. Effiom Ekeng Edet. Mr. Edet, the candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, was declared winner of the elections after polling 5,866 votes to
